Mitch M. Gilfillan Named 2022 Illinois Jaycees The Outstanding Young Person Honoree
Quinn Johnston is proud to join the Illinois Jaycees in congratulating Mitch M. Gilfillan for being recognized as a 2022 Outstanding Young Person of Illinois. For over 50 years, the Illinois Jaycees has hosted The Outstanding Young Person (TOYP) of Illinois program which recognizes individuals between the ages of 18 and 40 who excel in their chosen fields, endeavors and show a great commitment to their respective communities.
Mitch M. Gilfillan is being recognized in the category of Humanitarian and/or voluntary leadership. He serves on multiple community boards including the Community Advisory Board at OSF Healthcare’s Children’s Hospital of Illinois, the Pediatric Resource Center and Peoria Friendship House of Christian Services. Gilfillan is an attorney and law partner for Quinn Johnston Law Firm. He has performed approximately 750 hours of pro bono services to clients in Greater Peoria community. He has been named to the Illinois Rising Stars list in 2019-2022, recognized as a 40 Under 40 Leader by Peoria Magazine and recipient of the Notre Dame High School Pillar of the Year award in 2021.
