Quinn Johnston Partner Receives Prestigious Award

Adam Chaddock, a Partner in Quinn Johnston’s Peoria office, was named as one of the Top 10 Downstate Illinois Emerging Lawyers. Chaddock placed fifth on the list published by Leading Lawyers and is the only attorney in the greater Peoria area to receive the Top 10 honor.

 

Federal Court in Texas Stops Implementation of New FLSA Overtime Rule

On November 22, 2016, just nine days before the implementation of the Department of Labor’s new federal overtime rule, a federal judge in Texas has issued a preliminary injunction stopping the new rule from taking effect as planned on December 1st.
